How To Send
  1. We will process and send orders after payment has been received by us.

  2. Delivery of goods no later than ± 3 days after payment is received depends on the destination.

  3. Ordered items will be sent to the address listed on the order made by the buyer.

  4. Proof of delivery in the form of receipt number and the name of the Expedition Service will be sent by email so that the Buyer can track the items ordered.

  5. We are not responsible for any misinformation provided by the Buyer in connection with the name, destination address, etc. which can result in the ordered goods not arriving or not being received, or experiencing delays.

  6. Shipping costs are included in payments made previously. (Note: We will not collect shipping fees again after the item arrives at the destination, if there is a collection of fees outside of that, please report it to us.

  7. We will include the invoice in the package (unless there is a request not to be included and there is a shipping invoice address data, for us to send separately).

  8. The items we sent previously have been checked at the Quality Control (QC) Lab, so that the goods we send are guaranteed quality and in good condition.

  9. Purchased items cannot be returned or exchanged for other items
